To fill simply take off the locking ring, slide cartomizer down, and fill with liquid till tank is *0% full.  Slide the cartomizer back up into the tank, and reattach the locking ring.  Now you can fill the cartomizer with ****0 drops of fluid.  It is very important the cartomizer is fully filled to avoid burning.
